Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by laro 789, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active laro 789 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

All financial transactions on laro 789 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: laro 789 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. laro 789 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which laro 789 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. laro 789 targets GCash withdrawal processing within 15 minutes of approval; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected, the volume of pending requests, and any compliance review requirements. laro 789 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. laro 789 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Funds derived from bonus credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

Bonuses & Promotions

laro 789 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
• Bonuses are credited to your laro 789 account in bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Account Suspension & Closure

laro 789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any supplementary policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Inactivity of the account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, subject to applicable dormancy policies.

Upon closure of your account for reasons other than a breach of this Agreement, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification and compliance checks. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation. Nothing in this clause shall limit laro 789's right to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction, whether concurrently or not, to the extent permitted by the law of such other jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

laro 789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, laro 789 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.
